Zeiss_Contura_Vast_2000.JPG
Hi Guys!
How does CMM-M handle a Zeiss Vast Probe Head? this is on a (year) 2000 Contura so not a very new one.

Thanks!

Scanning with any Zeiss probe head is not supported. I assume this is a Vast scanning head?

Yes I believe it is a scanning head, will it work as just a Touch Probe?

No... Special calibration is required. I doubt it can even work as touch probe without performing scanning calibration (that is the behavior of SP25 anyway)

Get a 30 day trial and try it out...
