reg. how to measure Impeller

Here with I enclosed Impeller drawing.

Is this part measure with GEAR or SCANNING pack?.

Note: I have PH20 with CMM M.

please suggest.

This part could be inspected using DCC Standard version. Just measure Clouds on impeller blades and then report by Cloud to CAD Deviation (profile) Lot's of extra analysis will be possible including graphical reports, best-fit for local surface deviation, etc.

What align method would be the best for impeller?

I would use manual CAD Alignment traditional Alignment to A-B, C Datums and then something like Cloud to CAD Alignment (using locks) to establish rotation Alignment around main axis.
