CimCore Stinger II - interpolation error

Post by Kolabor » Mon Oct 09, 2017 5:25 pm

Hi,

I have problem with coordinate measuring arm - Stinger II - model 40xx. When I use WinRDS (version 7.1.6) in random moments (sometimes during measurement, sometimes during free movement), there are interpolation error(axis b.jpg) of one axis (a, b, c, d, e, f -interchangeably).
In attachment picture from Armaid monitor.
I think, that can be some connect or transmission error. - Is it possible that all encoders in all axis break up in same time?
Also I close WinRDS by Windows Task Manager, when interpolation error is in program. Next I open WinRDS and arm can work and measure without reset and new initialisation.

Do you have some idea, what don't work?
