I've been having trouble with the DRO window not zeroing out after a home operation for a while now. Sometimes after a machine overhaul it zeros to machine zero, and I can command a move to X 0.000 no problem. But at other times there's an offset in the DRO window.
Right now, when I home the machine, the DRO window reads X: 0.014, Y: 0.035, and Z: 200.000. The Z is correct, but shouldn't X and Y be 0.000?
It's an iNEXIV VMA-2520 microscope.

Not necessarily... Depending on type of limit switch used for homing, the DRO value may not be exactly zero and may not repeat. I'm not sure what homing sensor is used in iNexiv. Assuming you're not performing absolute measurements in Machine Coord system, there is not much sense worrying about this.
