Post by FialekJared2018 » Wed Nov 20, 2019 4:59 pm

Hey everyone, when I calibrate our tips the results for the 2MM ball come out higher then 2...when it used to be under 2 at around 1.983MM or so....any ideas what happened?

Could be a few things. The stylus is could be bent or not screwed in all the way. These are the most likely.

You can also check out the functionality of the module (this should be done after checking the stylus).
  • Measure a ring gauge with 20 points or so.
  • Create a form error graphical report by right clicking on the feature in the feature database tab.
If you high and low spikes 60 degrees apart, the module may not be reseating properly and may need to be replaced.
